The governor of St. Petersburg has urged residents not to leave home as the attack goes on.
Yesterday, Putin rejected Zelensky’s peace letter and said that the original goal of “de-nazifying” Ukraine — aka installing a puppet regime in Kyiv — remains unchanged.
