From that Times article:

Dozens of sports organisations and events are still allowing males who identify as women to participate in female categories, a report claims.

Guidance by governing bodies for sports including baseball and swimming, along with events such as Parkrun, includes policies that allow trans women to participate in some women’s events.

The report, by SEENinSport, said the policies probably unlawfully discriminated against biological women.

The gender-critical group points to a clause in updated guidance from the Equality and Human Rights Commission that states: “Any sex-based rules or arrangements relating to participation in a gender-affected activity should be applied on the basis of biological sex.”

The guidance followed a Supreme Court ruling last year that clarified that “sex” in the Equality Act 2010 referred to biological sex….

Delyth Rennie, policy adviser for SEENinSport, concluded: “The law is clear. The science is clear. Public opinion is clear. Males should not be in women’s sports.

“If a category or an event is labelled as being for females, women or girls then it must be for biological women and girls.”

Swim England said it was in the process of reviewing its trans inclusion policy.

England Squash said: “Our policy aims to balance fair and meaningful competition while supporting inclusion.”

What’s this obsession with inclusion? Why so desperate to pander to cross-dressing men at the expense of women, when men have a clear biological advantage in these sports?
