“With regard to what we did, and the resulting casualties – what would you call the one million martyrs, paid by the Algerian resistance, because of the occupation and in order to liberate the land, which indeed happened? We praise this, and say that Algeria sacrificed one million martyrs for its liberation. Why is it that when the Palestinans pay a price people say that Hamas caused the tragedy by carrying out the Al-Aqsa Flood? This is not a catastrophe. These are sacrifices made for the sake of liberation.”
