It's as though she thinks that getting the Momentum, Corbynista crowd over on her side is all that matters.
Labour leadership candidate Lisa Nandy has endorsed a series of pledges issued by the Palestine Solidarity Campaign on the Israel/Palestine conflict, including refugees' "right of return".
A day after the Jewish Labour Movement nominated her to be party leader, Ms Nandy tweeted on Saturday she backed the pledges which include recognise Palestinians' "collective right to self-determination and to return to their homes".
As anyone reasonably well acquainted with the situation would be able to tell her, acceding to a Palestinian "right of return" would mark the end of Israel. Which is, really, the point.
No matter. A mindless pursuit of the more supposedly "progressive" causes will surely bring back all those lost "red wall" Labour supporters.
Update: Luke Akehurst at the Times of Israel – Labour’s policy on Israel and the Palestinians should not be dictated by PSC.
