After last year’s Supreme Court judgment the City of London Corporation doubled down on “trans inclusion” by putting up new signs at the Hampstead Ladies’ Pond saying it welcomes “biological women and trans women”. We are challenging this on the basis that it is unlawful sex discrimination against both women and men. Our case will be heard in the High Court on 3rd and 4th November 2026….
