This is an old story – apart, as far as I can see, from the bit about him being placed in a women’s prison. From January last year. But yes, it’s horrific. He was estimated to have sexually abused his young daughter “on at least 19 separate occasions in the course of just one month”. The validation refers to his American “master”, who had some kind of control over him, and encouraged the abuse. Throughout the trail blame was laid at the door of the man’s mother – “homophobic”, disapproving of his attempts to wear women’s clothing – and his wife, who also was unsympathetic to his “gender dysphoria”. Those nasty women. At least the judge was lovely and understanding.
