These buildings, like the Ukrainian people, these women and men, are damaged, broken, but remain standing, cracked but not collapsed. So it is not about celebrating destruction here, but rather renewal and better days ahead. Life stronger than destruction. Hope stronger than despair. Light stronger than darkness.

Chernihiv School No. 21 was bombed by Russian forces on March 3 in Chernihiv, Ukraine

March 9, 2022. Izium. Ukraine. As a result of an airstrike by russian aviation a 5 story civilian building was destroyed. About 50 people died under the rubble, including children, ederly and families.
