Some context in the case of the exploding Hezbollah pagers:

The exploding pagers can't trigger a war because you can't trigger something that's already happening.

Hezbollah has been bombarding Israel since October 8. Scores of Israelis have been wounded and killed and the country's North has been depopulated.

The war is already on.

Perhaps now the continuous indiscriminate bombardment of northern Israel by Hezbollah will get a little more attention.
