In Finland, where a middle-aged man who's decided he's really a woman is given the special privilege – because, you know, hey, trans inclusion! – of starring as a lovely snow princess in the opening ceremony of the 2023 European Figure Skating Championships:

The really staggering thing about this performance is what a rotten skater Antikainen is. Most Finns learn to skate at an early age – ice hockey is the national sport and boys play it at school. Incidentally the commentary was obviously read from a prepared script as it bore no relation to Antikainen’s cavortings on the rink, apart from noting that the motto of the games was “come as what you are”.
