Well yes, but elsewhere they report that Banksy has posted an image on Instagram that he's put up in Borodyanka, of a gymnast doing a handstand amid debris, so clearly he's there – and this is exactly his style.

The point, of course, is that Putin is a keen Judo practioner and black belt – and pushes it as part of his strong-man/dictator image…
