It would be interesting to know what these places were like in reality. All I have are images from movies. My guess is that they seem like more fun from the outside than they really were.
Also curious about the endless nightclubs we see in movies from the 40s. They seem to be full every night of the week and the singer comes out and sings one song and is done.LikeLike
