Big Joe Turner from 1966, introduced by Roosevelt Sykes:

A fine guitar solo from Otis Rush towards the end – though Little Brother Montgomery on the piano there seems a little out of sorts. Great vocals by Big Joe, though.

This is more than ten years after 1954's Shake, Rattle and Roll, his greatest hit – a song which helped to usher in the age of Rock'n'Roll, particularly with Bill Haley's more sanitised version. Flip, Flop and Fly is clearly some sort of homage, with the title echoing the original (both, note, without the Oxford comma).
