   Utterly idiotic. Where does she think Mrs May should be on the list of visitors to Mr Trump? 2nd? 8th or 9th? Somewhere in the mid-thirties? 197th, just above KJU? And does she think that being angry, and “organising”, are an alternative to having a diplomatic relationship with the POTUS?
   If I were Mrs May I’d try to smuggle in an experienced psychiatrist as part of my team, to try to assess whether Mr Trump is suffering from some form of degenerative cognitive disorder.
