It's easy to see why this guy got the job: he has an astounding grasp of the history of space travel. Iraqi Transport Minister Kazem Finjan visits Dhi Qar Governorate, and gets a chance to display his erudition:
As the minister warms to his theme ("It was from here that the Sumerian spaceships took off towards the other planets…") his comrades look increasingly uneasy.
I'm not sure the mullahs are going to like this.
