This, I think, is worth bookmarking. Photographer Quintin Lake is walking the 10,000 kms or so clockwise round Britain's coast over the next five years – not all at once, but for two to three months per year, at 20-40 kms per day. And he'll be taking photos. Lots of them:

Quintin-lake-abbotsbury
Last light, St Catherine’s Chapel, Abbotsbury, Dorset.

Quintin-lake-charmouth
Light beam, St Gabriel’s Mouth, Dorset.

He set off from London on April 17th last year, and he's now reached South Devon.

Prints can be purchased.
