   When I lived in the USSR all the tea came from the Caucasus, particularly Georgia and Azerbaijan. Excellent stuff, hardly a trace of tannin, unlike Indian. I’ve still got some in a tin. I understand now that the tea industry in the Caucasus has gone. I can’t understand why.
