What to do on a sunny spring morning in North London? Well, you could take a bike ride up the Parkland Walk, past the joggers and dog walkers, with the old brickwork left from its days as the Finsbury Park – Alexandra Palace Railway:
Up through the back streets of Highgate:
with the trees now shedding their blossom:
Along Hampstead Lane, past a show-off rhododendron at Kenwood:
for a stroll round the "mellowed classicism" of The Hill:
And back via Hampstead Heath, where they're setting up the Easter funfair:
That's one option, anyway.
