The foundations, in Docklands:
Currently not doing much except getting wet. It was going to look like this - designed by Richard Rogers for JP Morgan, and set to be the largest office development in Europe. But then in December JP Morgan decided to move into the old Lehman Brothers headquarters near Canary Wharf station instead (one financial giant's loss is another financial giant's gain), and construction ground to a halt.
The site is still, as they say, ripe for development - though in the current economic climate it may be collecting puddles for some time yet.
