    i want to know where it was on washington blvd? Was it the fountain dedicated to Edison right off of woodward ?? Thanks.

    I honestly couldn’t tell you. At Shorpy (linked to above) the caption just says Washington Boulevard, as I’ve copied it. Sorry.
