Bo Diddley, dead at 79.
Bomp da-bomp bomp, bomp bomp. Was there any “British invasion” band of the Sixties that didn’t have at least one Bo Diddley song in their repertoire? Maybe only Chuck Berry had more influence on that generation.

Very likely. I almost mentioned her in the post, but then BD played with a number of guitar-toting women and I thought best not to say if I wasn’t sure.
