Is the lorry intended to promote epileptic fits amoung other drivers?

Look carefully and you’ll see that the grey diagonals are behind the lorry, fronting a building site: an old cinema, as it happens. A bit of trompe l’oeil there. Ambiguity, if you will. There’s nothing on the lorry.
So, a metaphor for our times indeed. Do I need to spell it out?
