How would I describe today? Autumnal, I think. I’m unable to come up with another word that quite captures that….autumnal feel. In the hope of displaying a more imaginative, poetic, sensibility, I’ve run a good few alternatives through my mind…..vertiginous, mossy, exculpatory, pusillanimous….but none of them fit the requirements with quite the exactitude that autumnal so effortlessly achieves.

Autumnal it is then.
