Well, final proof that the strain is starting to tell on Londoners. I was waiting to cross by a set of traffic lights which had just turned green. There was a good long queue, at least 10-15 cars. The car at the front didn’t move, for at least 10 seconds – and no one hooted. Never seen anything like it.
