• The case of nurse Jennifer Melle is one of the most egregious cases of institutional NHS trans capture. Back in March:

The convicted paedophile, ‘Mr X’, is in a high security male prison after multiple convictions for luring boys into sex acts while pretending to be a teenage girl on social media.

After refusing to refer to Mr X as a ‘she’ while on duty, Jennifer Melle was racially abused and physically threatened.

Instead of supporting her, however, Epsom and St Helier University Hospital Trust has abandoned Jennifer and treated her like the criminal.

The Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) has also said Jennifer is ‘a potential risk’ for not using Mr X’s preferred ‘gender identity.’

He lunged at her, repeatedly used the n….. word – and she was the one in trouble, for not using this trans paedophile’s preferred pronouns. For not affirming his precious “gender identity”.

    And she’s still in limbo:

A Christian nurse suspended since April after refusing to use a transgender patient’s preferred pronouns has accused the Royal College of Nursing (RCN) of “discrimination”.

Jennifer Melle questioned why the RCN has not yet acted in her case, despite the UK Supreme Court recently reaffirming the legal recognition of biological sex.

    Wes Streeting:

Racism isn’t acceptable anywhere and I won’t tolerate it against NHS staff.

Except when it’s trumped by the trans cult.

  • Not going to copy it all out, the whole rant, but….wow.

Abulhawa, according to her hagiographic Wiki entry, is…

…a Palestinian-American scientist, writer, and activist. Her first novel, Mornings in Jenin, was translated into 32 languages and sold more than a million copies. The sales and reach of her debut novel made Abulhawa the most widely read Palestinian author of all time. Her second novel, The Blue Between Sky and Water (2015), was translated in 19 languages. Against the Loveless World, her third novel, was released in August 2020, also to critical acclaim. She is a human rights activist and animal rights advocate, and founded the children’s organization Playgrounds for Palestine.

  • The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) seems now to confine its activities solely to the business of getting men transferred to women’s prisons. All they have to do, these men, is claim that they’re trans, and the ACLU is right on their case.

    From Reduxx:

At least four trans-identified male convicts were transferred into an Illinois women’s prison after being represented by the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU). Now, the ACLU is requesting that the court issue an order prohibiting those men from being transferred to Menard Correctional Center, the state’s largest maximum security male facility, and demanding that an additional group of men in Menard be offered a transfer to a women’s prison.

For nearly a decade, the Illinois ACLU has acted as legal counsel on behalf of a group of male criminals who claim to be transgender, of whom at least four have been confirmed by Reduxx to be currently housed at Logan Correctional Center – a women’s facility.

In January 2018, the ACLU filed a class-action lawsuit against Department of Corrections (DOC) officials on behalf of six male inmates requesting a transfer to a women’s prison. In legal documents, all of the men were identified by a feminine alias: Andre C. Patterson, or “Janiah Monroe”; Eric D. Padilla, or “Lydia Helena Vision”; Diego R. Melendez, or “Marilyn”; Jordan Kuykendall, or “Sora”; Fadell Reed, or “Sasha”; and Gregory Stamps, or “Ebony.”

The initial suit, Monroe v. Rauner, accused then-mayor Bruce Rauner and DOC Director John Baldwin of “cruel and unusual punishment,” an eighth amendment violation, for not providing the convicted criminals with feminizing hormones.

The complaint argues that “the IDOC systematically fails to provide necessary medical treatment for gender dysphoria… Among other common and medically necessary treatments, IDOC routinely fails to provide adequate hormone therapy and to accommodate social transition so that a prisoner can live consistently with his or her gender identity.”

It continues: “And while gender affirming [genital] surgery also is medically necessary for some patients with gender dysphoria, IDOC has adopted a policy that such surgery can be approved only in ‘extraordinary circumstances,’ which in practice means that IDOC never has approved any prisoner for surgical gender dysphoria treatment.”

Are there other injustices that the ACLU could look into, beyond the the denial of adequate hormone therapy for criminal men who claim to be women? Has it not occurred to them that they these men may well be lying, to get an easier time in jail and access to vulnerable women? No to both questions, it seems. Mention “trans” and sense flies out the window.

  • More on that memorable Your Party conference, from Reduxx:

A trans-identified male who previously faced allegations of sexual misconduct with minors appeared as a speaker at a conference for the UK’s newest left-wing party, using his platform to complain of “transphobia.” Eryn Browning had been suspended from the Scottish Greens and removed as a candidate earlier this year following the misconduct claims.

Any port in a storm, I suppose..

Browning, who describes himself as a “trans woman and proud lesbian,” was subject to a number of claims on Facebook about his behavior. According to the Daily Express, this includes allegedly sending inappropriate messages to underage girls.

The allegations first arose via the Clydebank Post Facebook page, where a number of women responded to the news of his candidacy by revealing that he had previously messaged them with sexually inappropriate comments. One of the women said she was 13 when Browning wrote a sexually explicit message and told her he was 16.

Another woman described having repeatedly blocked Browning, but that the man continued to pursue her across social media and dating platforms despite her establishing a clear boundary. A third alleged that Browning tried to kiss her at school without her permission when she was 13 and he was older. Many of the women provided screenshots as evidence of their statements.

Trans Crime UK has preserved copies of the screenshots involving Browning, which included an Instagram chat in which he appears to contact a woman he had no prior conversations with to ask her to “kick me in the nuts.” In another screenshot, Browning is confronted about messaging minors after asking “if you had the power to make me drink my own piss, would you do it?”

Sounds like a nice lad. How lovely that he’s found a political home at last.

  • Oh boy. A good day for the lawyers.

Maybe the surgeons could somehow put the tumour back, while carefully using “she” pronouns. Would that satisfy him?

  • Finally we see the contradictions inherent in the system. The hard left-Islamist alliance system, that is. The alliance that’s been making all the noises recently over Gaza and Zionism has hit the inevitable road block: the trans issue. Oh dear.

    From the Telegraph:

Zarah Sultana was heckled at Your Party’s founding conference over the transgender row that has split the new hard-Left movement.

The MP for Coventry South was interrupted by Robert Carter, a journalist and Muslim convert, over her condemnation of “socially conservative” Muslims for their views on gender.

Leading up to the launch of Your Party last weekend, Ms Sultana had repeatedly clashed with Adnan Hussain, the independent MP, over trans issues.

Mr Hussain, who quit Your Party last month, had insisted trans women were “not biologically women”, prompting Ms Sultana to accuse him of “bigotry”.

Iqbal Mohamed, who left the party a week after Mr Hussain, had also expressed gender-critical views and said his exit was driven by a “toxic” culture towards Muslim men.

And where’s poor Jeremy Corbyn in all this? He’ll be the one quietly sneaking out of the side door. Finally, incredibly, Corbyn is looking like the only sane one in a room full of shouting idiots. He must be wishing he’d never met Zarah Sultana, never mind starting a party with her.

Added: David Rose at the JC:

The day after Your Party’s underwhelming inaugural conference in Liverpool, I spoke to a longstanding ally of Jeremy Corbyn. I asked him what he made of the strange birth of revolutionary England as envisioned by the MP Zarah Sultana in her speech, with its promise to nationalise not just the banks, public transport and energy firms but “the entire economy”.

He was unimpressed. “Not even Albania when it was led by Enver Hoxha, the USSR under Stalin or Mao Zedong’s China nationalised everything,” he pointed out. “She’s like a student who’s just discovered Marxism but hasn’t learnt the catechism, only a few key phrases.”

The more conspiratorially-inclined of Your Party’s members, he said, were so bewildered by Sultana’s antics since the new grouping was launched six months ago that they were tempted to think she was wrecking its prospects deliberately.

Of course, he added, there was no evidence to support this view. He was forced to conclude she simply possessed both terrible judgement and boundless personal ambition, a dangerous combination: “She desperately wants to be a leader. Unfortunately, the damage she’s done means there isn’t very much left to lead.”

  • We heard about Emanuel Brünisholz back in September – the Swiss man who was accused of “violating human dignity” for his sex-realist beliefs:

Brünisholz’s ordeal began in December of 2022 when he responded to a Facebook post by Swiss National Council member Andreas Glarner. In his comment, Brünisholz wrote: “If you dig up LGBTQI people after 200 years, you’ll only find men and women based on their skeletons. Everything else is a mental illness promoted through the curriculum.”

Now, a statement, via Graham Linehan:

In 2022, I wrote on Facebook that a human skeleton can only be male or female. I pointed out that if, two centuries from now, someone were to unearth the remains of today’s LGBTQI people, they would find nothing but male or female skeletons. To imagine that one would find anything other than male or female struck me as a fantasy divorced from reason, so I described it as a a mentally ill idea.

For that remark I was fined 500 Swiss francs. I refused to pay, and so, on the 2nd of December 2025, I will serve ten days in prison. It is worth noting that, legally speaking, this prison sentence is not a punishment for refusing to pay the fine. Instead, the prison sentence is an alternative way to be punished for the Facebook post itself. I have chosen to trade a monetary fine for time behind bars.

I am fully prepared to go to prison, if that is what it takes to expose the absurdity and authoritarianism of the trans ideology that has now taken root in Switzerland. I intend to face it with good humour; I will not let myself be bent or broken by those who hope to silence me through pressure or intimidation. That, after all, is their aim: to wear me down until I fall quiet. I have no intention of doing so.

The LGBTQ+ movement behaves like a zealous sect. They try to brand me a homophobe to shut me up. I am nothing of the sort. I repair wind instruments for a living, and I come from a left-wing, tolerant household. What troubles me is watching the activists in that movement exploit ordinary LGB people for political ends that strike me as dangerous nonense. These tactics have begun to cast a long shadow over Switzerland and Europe alike, as a kind of woke dictatorship.

My thanks go to Graham Linehan, who understands this battle all too well. In times like these, solidarity among reasonable people who are willing to speak freely and plainly is essential.

  • Good for him – so eloquent – but he’s wasting his breath. “No debate” is all they know.
