From the Times:

Women must have the right to question or criticise transgender identity without being bullied, harassed or discriminated against in the workplace, according to new guidance for civil servants.

The Cabinet Office guidance, due to be published in the autumn, says that people are entitled to say that “biological sex is immutable” and a fact of conception.

It also warns that people who are transitioning but have not legally changed their gender cannot use toilets of the opposite sex.

The guidance will apply to all civil servants and is likely to be seen by other employers as a blueprint as they deal with transgender rights in the workplace.

Civil servants will be allowed to believe in scientific fact without being bullied? Well…it's progress of a sort, I suppose.
