The Italians in Philly (Like my grandfather) used to call Nabisco a college, because that’s where everybody went after high school. I remember when Uneeda went out of business. There was a big run at the grocery store to buy up the biscuits. I never knew if the name Uneeda was a pun.

They never made it across the Atlantic, Uneeda.
Strange name. I guess the fact that they have “Uneeda Biscuit” rather than “Uneeda Biscuits” backs your idea that it was some kind of pun.
