Ben Goldacre was unable to include the chapter on vitamin-pill salesman and AIDS dissident Matthias Rath in his book Bad Science, because he and the Guardian were being sued. Now Rath has abandoned his legal action, and the chapter's available as a pdf file at Amazon, here, or here on Goldacre's Bad Science site. It's well worth a read as an insight into the whole South African Mbeki AIDS denialism business - and into alternative medicine as a whole.
