Solomon; I like the verdant growth! How appropriate that the monuments are falling into decline even as the mortal remains below, long ago decomposed, feed the overwhelming vegetation above. It’s comforting.

There is a trust set up to look after the place, but basically maintenance is very low level. It’s not a functioning cemetery anymore, and most people, like DV, enjoy it the way it is.

It appeals to the artistic sense, but is sad as the memorials will someday, sooner than necessary, be illegible. No families left to care.
