Maidtaxi
A Japanese “maid” taxi service for the disabled has been forced to close after being swamped by demand from non-disabled maid-fanciers:

[The weekly magazine Nikkan Gendai] notes that maid-obsessed otaku came from all over the country to ride in the taxis, swathing themselves in bandages or pretending to have broken bones to circumvent the Road Traffic Law’s ban on the able-bodied using vehicles designed for the disabled.

Can these people not see a business opportunity when it jumps up and down on their inscrutable oriental heads?
Just use normal taxis for non-disabled people. This could be huge.
