They’re still doing it. The BBC, that is, with their studied impartiality over Zimbabwe:

Zimbabwe’s President Robert Mugabe has blamed economic sanctions by the West for the crisis.

But critics say it is President Mugabe’s own land reform policy that has turned one of Africa’s most productive farming states into one of its hungriest.

And here, from last week:

Critics have blamed President Mugabe’s policies, especially the seizure of farms, for ordinary Zimbabweans’ hardship.

For his part, President Mugabe has accused foreign governments of trying to interfere in Zimbabwe’s affairs – saying some businesses had raised prices without justification as part of a Western plot to oust him.

And people accuse the BBC of being biased!
